In today’s dynamic business environment and with significant evolution in business processes such asinnovations, integration of technology, globalization of enterprises, liberalization and deregulation across industries, an organization needs to be market-centric with every staff member playing a contributory role. To achieve sustainable success, such an organization, be it a start-up or an established entity, needs not only to pay attention to how to grow and manage the enterprise whilst leveraging on innovations and effective leadership, but importantly to understand how these are interlinked. This course is intended for students who wish to develop a strong understanding of the topics of innovation, enterprise and leadership and how these are interlinked. Not only will students develop a strong conceptual understanding of the frameworks underlying each of these areas but also how these principles are applied and practiced in the real world.
