Students will perform five different laboratory experiments related to the various subjects covered in Materials Science & Engineering.

This module is pretty manageable as it is only 1AU and the experiments are always repeated throughout the years. Most students will just refer to senior reports and improvise and improve from there. It is also important to start early and not leave your reports hanging to the last minute.

This was one of the most time-consuming lab experiments and reports that I have to complete during the sem. For one report we have to plot 10 stress-strain graphs for one experiment and it took an entire day to complete. Thus a caution to note, please don’t leave any of the lab reports to do on the last day of the deadline. Trust me do your reports (Literature part) before or even immediately after you finish your experiement. As you have more stuff to deal with than Lab.
